Laurie completely changed the definition of “fit” for me. Before I joined 24hr Fit Club, I had no idea what I was doing in the gym, I ate very badly- and was still confused why I wasn’t losing any weight. When I had finally reached my heaviest, I decided to join 24Hr Fit Club and hire Laurie to see what the problem was with my body. Now I realize, there was nothing “wrong” with my body, there was a problem with my mentality.
Laurie has taught me so much about weight training, heart health, listening to my body & eating accordingly. Dumbbells are most definitely not only for men and lettuce isn’t the only thing I can eat. I have honestly lost count of how much weight I have lost while working with Laurie, but I will say I finally have my goal body. I have never in my life been this comfortable in a bikini. I can actually wear a tight dress without having to wear a tummy tucker. And most importantly to me, I can be in a gym and have the confidence that I finally know what I’m doing, and Im doing it right.
Thank you so much, Laurie- for all you’ve done for me. Not only have you made me the kind of fit I want to be, but you have given me a type of confidence ive never been brave enough to have before.
